i How these weights are set

Weights aren't arbitrary. Each level's points come from published hazard ratios for hard outcomes (all-cause / cause-specific mortality, major morbidity), placed on a log-hazard scale where 1 pt ≈ 20% higher hazard and ~4 pts ≈ a doubling of risk. The method follows two validated templates — Cardiometabolic Disease Staging (Guo & Garvey) and the Sullivan / Framingham points method. End-organ damage (D) carries the heaviest weight and can override the numeric stage, mirroring how TNM sends any M1 to Stage IV. Every weight is v0.1 and provisional pending data-validation (Paper 2, reported to TRIPOD+AI). Axes tagged interim — PCOS, family history, quality of life, treatment resistance — have no direct mortality anchor yet and are expert-adjusted.

How the score is built. Each level maps to a point weight derived from published hazard ratios for hard outcomes (1 point ≈ 20% relative hazard; ~4 points ≈ doubling). System sum is capped to prevent correlated axes dominating; end-organ damage carries the heaviest weight and can override the numeric stage. All weights sit in an editable config layer and are provisional until data-validation (Paper 2).
